Grievance Details : I bought a set of Lotus Herbal Probrite with Flipkart Pay later. In the order section and image mentioned its a set of *. After receiving the order on June * I was shocked to see the order contains only * products. I took up the issue with Flipkart and they rejected my refund. Is this a game of cards that they are playing with my money. I am taking the issue to Consumer Forum against Deficiency and Negligence in Service and fraud. Please either change the product or else I won't be paying any money. This is an warning from my side that I won't be waiting for any long and I want an immediate action on this. My registered mail id with Flipkart ashifkhan****@gmail.com I Paid the full amount and they gave me half of them so i will also do the same only half payment.
