Thrilophilia - Misleading booking done by travel company

I Deepak Bangera had abooked a package tour for Vietnam from Thrillophilia , at time of booking I was shown images of la pandora cruise ( shown to me as La pandora boutique cruise) I was impressed by the Balcony view and larger room hence i agreed for our booking in La pandora boutique cruise , but our cruise was very simple * star cruise with no balcony and very small room compared to La pandora cruise. I am very disappointed about that, I am attaching the email of photo shown for booking and actual room.

I was travelling with * senior citizen and * kids that's the reason i was very particular about booking big size room , I had mentioned to Ayush at the time of booking that I want a * star facility. Now when i showed him the message i haven't heard back from him and they are denying about any misleading ads

At first i thought this was some technical glitch because of which i was given wrong booking , now the way the team is responding to my query this appears to me that it was done on purpose to lure clients by showing bigger rooms and taking their money .
Honestly i feel like being cheated and the reason i am posting this is so that no other customers should be cheated like this.
