Thrilophilia - Cancellation And Refund

I booked my travel plan from Thrilophilia. Advance they took **% of package which is *****. I took Visa assistance service also from them only. As they directed me I did all my formalities for VISA. Somehow VISA got rejected. So they are not refunding me my amount. I also told them that they can deduct their visa assistance charges but atleast refund me *****.
If i had cancelled this package myself for some other reason, then I would have accepted if they do not refund me any amount. But here i am willing to negotiate but these people are not wanting to refund a single penny. Such kind of customer service they provide.
