Wakefit - Misinformation and Fraud

I ordered chair from wakefit.. At order page there were clearly mention about *** days free trial.. no any information about any particular address or pincode.. Now after few days it is defective not pulling down rotator damaged and having significant spine problem and back pain.. I tried to return as per *** days policy.. now they are saying it is not available for your address.. what the hell it is?
It is damaged and useless for me why I misinformed earlier..
I am ready to bear delivery or shipping charge from my own pocket.. But i don’t want it at any cost
