Maruti Suzuki nexa - Misinformation about warranty extention

I have been a happy customer of NEXA car for the last * years, but last month-end when my car insurance was about to expire, I got a call from my dealer regarding insurance renewal then I ask them that I have to extend my Nexa warranty too, For that she (showroom Executive) told me that renew your insurance first because if it expires, then fresh inspection has to be done before insurance renewal, but you can extend warranty anytime then after, and I asked her to arrange for warranty extension too and she agreed! But it's been a month I renewed my insurance, and didn't receive any call back from the dealer, So, I called them for the same after a couple of days later but they said as the * years (Showroom warranty) completed as on **-Feb-****, they can't help me. So I called Nexa Customer Care for the same, and they said to mail entire communication over email and I Did that but after that its been ** days and I didn't even receive a response from their side.
