Maruti Suzuki nexa - Fraud done on the name of discount and discount amount compensated with insurance policy and extende

I have purchased maruti suzuki fronx delta plus on ** Oct ** from nexa, Narayani Motor, Bhubaneswar. At the time of booking car dealer has promised for discount of Rs. *****. While at the time of delivery I observed that they have compensated discount amount with my car insurance policy and extended warranty. In this regards I sent email for online complaint to maruti and nexa on ** Oct ** and received CRM ID G********** but till to date no reply received against my complaint. Only dealership rep done one meeting and after that he phonepe me Rs. **** and send me email on ** Oct **. That they have not done anything wrong with insurance policy. Then i return the amount to same guy phonepe and sent email to that guy and GM and QM of nexa Narayani Motor. If they have not done anything wrong then why they tried to pay me only compensated amount of Extended warranty. Please check the matter and help me against the fraud or wrong commitment by dealer with me.
