Qnet - Misguided by upline and requesting for refund

My upline introduced me to a business without giving any information . He told ME that it is an. e commerce platform, cost optimization project so and so ..
Even After investment, after when the refund period is over only he's telling me the nature of this business.
He never told me about refund process before .
When I'm asking him only he's telling no i can't do it ... refund time is already over like that .
When purchasing itself i asked my address is wrong it was mentioned as new zealand address, but that time also he did not give me any information .
He just keep on fooling me .
Never told me any information about the company name or nature of Business .
He purchased me only a tripsavr package i did not use it and I'm not going to use it also .
So i kindly request the honorable ministry to take action against the company . And please help me with the refund process.

MY UPLINE IR NO is mr. Vivek kumar IN ******.
Im not willing to do this business. They can cancel my IR status after refund.
Please help me out to get justice and to get my money back.
