I have been using Hathway connection from past * months. The company's representative has proposed me the plan of Rs *** per month and now the appellate authority is refusing it. I have made a complaint to the nodal and the appellate department also. I have shared the call recordings and everything over mail with the appellate authority of Hathway. They are accepting their mistake but they are not providing me with the committed plan. What to do in this case? I am really very much frustrated with this behaviour. Please help me if possible.
