I order some products where I was supposed to get cool duo mist which I was suppose to get as a free gift..price of this item was approx *** ..that duo was missing from my box. There was one more product of tea tree sachets those should be * in numbers but I got only *.. they sent me a leather bag which was in very bad shape...after raising so many complaints they never solved this issue.. and after approx *, * complaines they gave me only ** rs as refund.. which I cant see in my bank statement nor in smytten wallets its reflecting only only on application ..but not received it any where...kindly ask them to return my all the products or refund for the same.. they are not helping at all...
