Very disappoint from your service . I have * connection of netplus.
My billing date *th of every month. I want to upgrade my plan *** to ***. Firstly i talk to pooja she said you can change plan *th august . She said deposit money **** three month advance . We change it . I said request create to change plan on *august i deposit money .she created ticket my ticket numberTicket has been generated with ticket no PR***********.
then my balance cut from my net-plus account on yesterday according to my last plan (***). I have all recording who i talk from *rd august which i viral very soon.then i call to customer care they said we r sorry someone misguide you . I record it . You use this plan till September then we change it . My family members come from canada for * weeks thats why i change plan . They automatic close my ticket why .then you crate ticket to change plan .without changing plan you close it . Now they said we change it but you pay money nd maintain account **** but why i pay double . Its very disappoint me . I viral all the recording on social . I have ** k follwers on insta nd one lkh on youtube. Everyone know about your service . Your excutive misguide me they accept their mistake in audio nd said pay again --
