Bisleri - Misbehavior by Bisleri s local supplier and ignorance of my grievance by Bisleri

I have been using Bisleri Subscription since August **** and till date only * subscription delivery arrived on time.

Each delivery consists of *x**L water cans and I have already paid up front to bisleri for the deliveries.

I have tried to contact Bisleri customer case and they always say they escalate it to local station and what not and nothing happens. The delivery hub assigned for my deliveries (Charan : +** **********, responsible for deliveries), once asked me to schedule deliveries only on wednesdays as he gets more orders from my location on wednesday. However, I'm a working individual and can't be available on home and regardless, Bisleri offers customers to choose a preferred week day (mon-sat) for deliveries.

Charan calls me and abuses me for not scheduling deliveries on Wednesdays and threatens not to deliver my water cans on time.

I have reported this misbehavior and inability to fulfill orders of the Bisleri partner to bisleri customer care, but nothing seems to work and a local supplier once calls and challenges me to do whatever I can and they won't deliver the goods that Bisleri already took money for.

Despite multiple complaints, I'm left with late deliveries all the time and end up ordering water bottles on swiggy instamart (additional financial burden, proofs available).

Can someone please help me proceed against Bisleri and it's local suppliers for what is happening around?
