Indigo - Misbehavior and misconduct of indigo staff

I am writing this complaint to make you aware how insensitive and irresponsible indigo staff are. My husband is a navy officer. He is having flight from Bhubaneswar to mumbai and then again indigo flight from mumbai to cochin. As he was going for very important profession thinga( which I can't reveal here due to security reasons). He reached the airport exact by * due to some unusual traffoc encountered midway. But your indigo staff of Bhubaneswar airport won't allow him to go. He told them that i dnt have any other option I need to go as this work is really important. But they told him to reschedule both of flights. I want to ask you people whenever a soldier save you or every country selflessly at that time he never asked anybody that you are late I will save you later he just do his duty. Then why can't we help them.. Why are we creating trouble in their life. Shame on you people. You spoiled the name of whole airline
