Avvnl - Misbehaving and installation of Unsafe Line

Sir/Mam,

Due to heavy rainfall our electricity poll was dislocated from its original position . So, a verbal complaint was filed regarding this on **th of July for our Residential Address

Mr. Jinteder Jagdeesh Meena(line Man) came to fix the issue but instead of fixing the poll he changed our connection to a different poll without any return permission or order, when we asked regarding this he started mis-behaving with us by saying I'll do whatever i want to do and its none of your business if you want you can file a complaint against me but you can do nothing.

And after all this he installed an unsafe connection, as cable from the meter to poll is passing from inside our balcony, there is n safety at all. if something unfortunate happens i future then who would be responsible for this..??

So, its a humble request from AVVNL to take a serious action against him and refix our connection considering safety issues as soon as possible
