Mithun filed complaint against Spicejet on Apr 10, 2021
I was travelling by spicejet on *th April **** with my * family member and one kid (* year old). We have entered the airport after proper checking by CIS staff and reached to check in counter and I provided all * I'd card to spicejet lady, and didn't gave kid I'd card as it is not necessary by government. Now lady was asking to provide kid I'd card as well I told her I thin it is no required as parents traveling with kid then she is telling I will not process your chec in then I told her you process check in with * I'd card I will show my daughter I'd card as well meanwhile you process because my kid I'd card ws in bag sobi can reach on security gate on time. Then she said I will not process on that I got frustrated and ask her that rule book then she said I don't have you ch ck yourself and she called one gents person his name was Hemanth kumar as soon as he came he started misbehave with us and threatening me and my wife and saying unnecessary word to me like I will teach you how to travel , I am bigger then CIS, I have my own rule that you need to follow. For a momy he came to near my face and shouting that is not really acceptable as a passenger who is paying you and behalf of spicejet misbehaving with passengers as they should give good hospitality. I tweet all management on twitter include blrairport and sent mail as well to all spicejet and other airport authority but did not any positive response and spicejet saving their employees.As a passenger I want immediate action on that person.
