Indigo - Misbehave by crew member

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Inappropriate Conduct by Crew Member

Dear Indigo Customer Service,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an incident involving a crew member during our recent travel experience.

My brother had consumed alcohol prior to boarding, he was seated calmly with his seatbelt securely fastened and was not causing any disturbance. Despite this, a crew member approached him in a manner that was both inappropriate and humiliating. He was publicly reprimanded in front of numerous passengers without any prior warning or reasonable justification, and was subsequently compelled to leave the airport premises.

This treatment was deeply distressing and, in our view, disproportionate to the situation. We believe that every passenger deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate action be taken to ensure such incidents do not recur.
