Debashish Sinha filed complaint against Hdfc Bank on Jun 21, 2020
I paid EMI of Rs.****.** on **.**.**** against my HDFC personal loan account no.******** using IMPS reference no.************. HDFC bank neither accepted this amount as EMI for April **** nor returned this amount to my account till today. I visited HDFC Ashok Nagar Ranchi Branch and complained regarding this on **.**.****. They assured me that the amount would be refunded within * working days, but all in vain. Lastly I lodged a complaint in PGPORTAL with registration no.DEABD/E/****/****, but the same has been closed without resolving my grievance merely on the basis of a evasive report submitted by the HDFC Bank.
I request the bank authorities to return my Rs.****.** without further harassing me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
