Hostel - Mis information feeding

I have approached colive for the renting the pg accommodation, A person with the name Ramjit has approached and gave the brief and detailed idea. Initially he told token amount **** has to be paid it will allow the freeze the property and it will be refundable if you don't like the property.

I said fine, I saw the property, it was fine, and I paid the token amount and asked to reserve where I will be moving in * or * days, next day morning when I checked with owner he told that property was not reserved since it is not informed by the colive. This raised my doubts on the integrity of this candidate.

When I start digging what is the use of token advance when you cannot reserve the property, he told that it is for maintainence, other time he told it will be paid to customer back at the time of leaving and playing words and sentences in msg, instead of attending the call, and putting pressure on me from owner that if you hurry you will loose the property.

Lastly one big scam is that he did not inform that, I have to pay advance for * month and this month amount also , this thing which he dent inform early.
I understood that it is scam, and said I not going to take accommodation from colive.

Now I lost my *k, I request to please take farward and refund the amount.
And to aware the citizens the fraudulent practices in the society.
