Hostel - Hostel Not refunding Security Deposit

I have taken this Women's PG on *rd of Aug, ****. on first week, it's been good.. but later on they have made mess. I have got enough with their behavior and toxic nature of Hostel owner's by end of Aug ****. on **th Aug, the owner with his friend and came up and the owner started smoking Beedi in front our rooms (in *nd floor). When I felt the smell (which I can't tolerate as I have some health issues) I have gone out saw the owner smoking besides hanged clothes (including inners and all) and when I went and questioned him...he shouted like a hell on me and said to "shut the windows and doors and just go and eat in down stairs, why are you questioning me?". I have decided to vacate the hostel immediately and asked for deposit, as per his rules I need to mention the vacate time ** days before, but due to his toxic and intolerable behavior only I'm vacating immediately, I have said the same to the owner that I can inform ** days before but due to this Beedi smoking incident, I'm vacating now and he shouted again like "I won't give the money, It's my wish to smoke, D* whatever you want, get out of this hostel".

I do have the evidence of CC and Audio (How he spoke with me when I questioned him) that owner smoking Beedi beside his friend in *nd floor Infront of our Room.

Kindly someone/Anyone help me get back my deposit amount, also requesting to teach him some manners with girls and to maintain the hostel. PLEASE!
