Highlights i m calling to kotak customer support for paying a advanced emi for my upcoming loan some lady pick up the call and i share the details how i can pay the advanced emi she told me you do a neft through so i can stop the upcoming emi and i ll pay it as per process so now i yesterday call to same no he say we are not autorised to stop the emi keep maintain the sufficient fund and he disconnected the call again i can call of same lady say name is ruchi before ruchi the name of manish as per ruchi confirmed so now my hard money **** is stuck now he is say that we are not able to stop the emi
