I had ordered mi tv on **th June ****. received it on June **th and as per their commitment they were supposed to install the tv within the ** hrs post delivery. Its been * days now no one is coming for the installation.
I have contacted the MI customer care, they don't give proper response and they just put the call on hold for more than ** mins.
As per MI policy, service engineer will come and install the tv until then we are not supposed to unbox the tv have just kept the box at home without opening it from * days.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
