Mi Tv - mi tv 49 installation and repair for 49 inches the engineer did not visit on time and also did not

i had purchased the mi tv **" from mi store on **th oct from koramangala and had raised a request for installation tvin************* , received an smsthat the engineer would visit my home on **th oct between *am-**pm , so again I'd raised a complaint & it took another * days for engineers visit, later on hdmi arc was not working and another request was raised tvin *************, again the engineer failed to come on the allotted time slot on oct **st **pm-*pm, again another complaint had to be raised woin*************, still no resolution provided.
