Mi Tv - MI customer care not responding complaint

I am using mi *a pro **" tv since last * months but after Android * update it's HDMI ARC port not working .so I had given a complaint Engg came and couldn't resolve the issue .so I escalated this case and again I logged a complaint but this time Engg asked me the issue and after collecting all the information from previous Engg. He is not cot to check the issue and telling that this issue will be resolved automatically .
