I purchased MI ** inch Led TV from MI Store Infinity Mall, Malad West, Mumbai on **th June ****. It was working fine till **rd June but I started facing display issue. I am getting a negative display. I called MI customer care *********** on **th June. They registered my complaint and they said they will send their engineer on **th June between * pm to * pm. They sent SMS as well for the confirmation. PFA for the SMS screenshot.
Today is **th June and no one visited yet to repair the TV. I spoke to MI customer care more than ** times but not getting proper response from there as well. On **th June I spoke to agent Pooja and asked her to escalate the call to her senior. She transferred the call to Hemant Vyas. I don't think that he was a senior because he was fumbling while speaking in English. He promised me that engineer will visit on **th for sure but nothing happened. Today on **th June I visited the MI store from where I purchased it but they said they cannot do anything.
It's a world cup time. I have a TV but can't watch the world cup. Please help to resolve this issue.
