I requested a refund of metro ticket aqualine as I purchased it on *nd March around *:**pm cuff parade to midc andheri and the money got debited but the qr was not generated I thought It was internet issue so I tried again and yet same thing happened so I lost *** rupees and I requested refund multiple times over email still I was given a vague reply stating refund initiated but it has been nearly * weeks no refund received yet. Very disappointed and same thing happened last week also ** again debited during metro ticket booking and no qr generated if you guys don't know how to fix bugs then don't run a business

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
