Rapido auto mumbai - Charging twice for a ride

I have taken a ride to Tata hospital on **st September and I paid the raid through phonepay of ** rupees as asked but after the ride ended I was asked to pay again but this time amount was increased to ** but patiently I paid twice and that too extra amount but my claim is not for increasing amount but for charging twice after that when I complied they didn’t even ask me where the refund amount to be transferred but it was directly transfers to Rapido wallet but I want it to my account as I’m not taking any future rides and also it’s my right to ask when I didn’t pay through wallet why the amount should be sent to wallet , it a scam of Rapido so that costumer should book again and I want that ** ruppes to my account
