MY WBSEDCL CONSUMER ID *********.My meter stopped working * months back.I lodged * complaints in Bidyut Sahayogi app.******** my docket no.I have not used electricity since last * months but WBSEDCL sending high bills repeatedly in spite of changing my meter.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
