Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand your concern regarding the service experience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
( NO apology required i need justice )
Our team has provided the update based on discussion with ASM, RCRM and dealer team,
( Meghana is getting under table money from Dhone & team hence there are supporting them where *.* lakhs theft is possible than why not officer of Royal Enfield will get under table money)
Initially you were reported a washing concern - Explained why vehicle taken for rewashing (rain drop marks) and re washing done as per SOP.
( Nothing was done we have shared you snaps dt **.**.**** & dt **.**.**** for which your team doesn't has answer for the same)
Post that you were mentioned WM arguments - up on investigation yourself and WM involved in arguments and you demanded an apology mail from them to take vehicle delivery. ASM and WM apology mail shared in detail.
( That was call discussion where Mr Ram threatened me and hence he send apology mail)
Post apology mail you came with a compensation part - As RCRM explained compensation is not possible. On further discussions you accept a vehicle with vehicle metal polishing. We support that too on a FOC basis as a goodwill gesture.
( I came to know about the theft by Mr Ankit of Rs *.* lakhs employee of Dhone Kasarwadi Pune hence i am well aware they have just billed and no service or spare parts change for done from them only making billing and collection of payment...and no FOC was done you can refer to the attached snaps dt **.**.****.
During delivery also you created an argument situation, and even other customers are not okay with the situation happening in the dealership.
( Other customers were not aware of the issues going by Dhone & team since **.**.**** hence they were not aware of the Situation and Mr Ram is a very GOOD actor first he will give you RED ROSE and than start fighting with you and later if you ask him anything he will act very smartly as nothing is done by him)
Finally, you have received your vehicle and post-delivery you are asking for the KM difference of *.*Km's before and after delivery Odo readings - please note before starting work, after completing work and if you identified any issues to analysis we are doing multiple trial runs.
( Refer attached snaps carefully where there is a difference in fuel tank at the time of delivery my vehicle fuel tank was full and at the time of delivery fuel tank was half by * ltrs either fuel is theft or vehicle is taken outside the service center for a long drive by **-**km by question is why vehicle was taken for such a long drive is there in your SOP to take customers vehicle for a long drive share with me your SOP even i want to check the same)
These are all SOP's only to rectify the issues only. We hope we have clarified all your queries.
( Fuel is less by * ltrs and if vehicle taken outside for drive by **-** km my question is are they following your SOP by removing petrol and taking vehicle for long drive by **-** km)

( Further i want to investigate my entire vehicle through some other Royal ENFIELD service center as any spare parts are being removed by Dhone Kaswarwadi as vehicle was waiting since **.**.** to **.**.**)
