Attatched please find a invoice copy of a wrong package delivered to me but it's not updated as delivered . As such cannot process for exchange/ refund .
Please note that a dress is booked from Meesho app in cash on delivery mode and the dress is delivered. Delivery person collected the cod amount Rs.****, from me but not updated as delivered.
On being contacted meesho, is saying as the status of the product is still in progress they can not do anything or refund. Also i have all the proof and recipt on which exact product details with same order id is gieven. I checked the bluedart service waybill mo and there also all the details are matching.
the item is delivered already and the order number and AWB NO. is visible on the recipt Can you please update regarding the same .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
