Mentally harassed by Flipkart and waste of my lot of time to followup with Flipkart and their third party installation team
*. Online order for a window AC on **/**/****
*. Product delivered on **/**/****
*. Installation for my window is proposed on **/**/**** but the installation team(third party of Flipkart) not come for work, I am waiting upto **PM night.
*. When I ask to installation engineer reason for not coming, he say he is not capable for such type of work, his senior force him for window AC installation so he didn't come.
*. Next day on **/**/**** another engineer come in evening for installation, when he open the box, the internal fan of window AC was broken. So he didn't install that window AC.
*. Whenever I called Flipkart regarding this they log my complain and assuring that you problem will be resolved in couple of days.
*. This is totally frustrating me that I am suffering from lots of pressure from my parents what is this going on.
*. I called so many times Flipkart, for resolving this problem as soon as possible but they all said our expert team working on your problem and call you for resolving the same, still no any call received from Flipkart.
I want my money back or reimbursement for wasting my time and mentally harassed by Flipkart and their third party...
