This is to report a case of utter harrasment and exortion of money by UBER
We had taken a ride on **st December.
The first ride that was booked was an outstation cab with one local stop on the way, i.e from Kandivali to Nahur (first stop) and final destination to Pune.
The cab that was sent to us was a local one which wasn't notified to us, and upon arrival at the first stop over, we had to alight at * am in the night with our luggage midway, the charge for which was also exorbitant.
Then we booked another outstation ride for Pune from the location we were forced to alight at, from Nahur. Now, even the second time a local cab was assigned to us and we were asked to get down midway. So with no choice, we had to get down at Airoli. And for their fault...we had to get down again in the middle of the night and for a short distance also we were asked to pay *** odd rupees.
Third time we got an outstation cab. In all this chaos, we faced mental harrasment, overpriced charges and no responsibility by UBER to get in touch with us even on contacting and explaining our state via their Facebook Messenger help. We lost one precious hour of traveling to our intended destination, two deroutes and loss of money for the foolishness of UBER.
We want a refund for the misery you caused us in the middle of the night coz of their system fault, causing us mental agony and money loss.
