ON Dec ** I have put a request for a family plan of Rs.***/- (I am the primary number and my husband's number as the second one). As per their advice my husband had sent his consent to the number several times and have received the confirmation from their side. Later my husband has received the bill for payment and on enquiry they said the family plan request is not activitated. Again we did all the procedures as per their advice and I had even sent a screen shot of my husband's message to vodafone as a consent and their confirmation reply. Again after few days we both have received bills for payment (Rs. *** for me and Rs.*** for my husband ). And my hsband's number all the services got disconnected Again on enquiry they said the family plan is still not activated. Then I requested for deactivation of the family plan and I have requested for an individual plan of Rs. ***/- (post paid plan). I have received the confirmation that it is activated. Again they have disconnected all the services of my husband's phone. Almost all the days I was on calls with vdafone to resolve my issues. some days for more than * -* hours. Still they could not resolve anything Again last month we both have received separate bills and we have paid the same (almost Rs. ****/- despite taking a family plan for Rs. ***/-). Many times my husband went to the vodaphone shop in Kerala as his number was still showing on my name. That issue also is still not resolved. I am working in a busy hospital and it was very difficult for me to continuously call or attend personal calls. I was going through this harassment since almost * months now. Finaly on *rd March I have decided to port my number to airtel. All the formalities have been done and as per the message received from vodaphone the services will be till *th march and then I can change the sim. Now already * days are over and I got a call from vodaphone today asking me to stay with them. I requested them to deactivate my services from vodaphone and it is not done .
