I bought a bike in dec ****, within * months bike is having engine problems, I gave them my bike in May, for repair. For *+ weeks I didn't know where my bike was & whether it was repaired, after *+ weeks when it finally came back the bike still had the same problems I had before repair. Now when I contacted their customer support again, no one is calling me back & neither did they came to pick my bike. Even their ceo@credr.com escalation mail works, you never get reply on that email. For *+ weeks I called & email them but they didn't tell me my bike repair status & now it's in the same condition as it was before.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
