I am filing a complaint regarding an ongoing issue with CredR following a vehicle purchase. Despite paying the RC transfer fees upfront, it has been five months with no resolution. I initially contacted the showroom, who directed me to customer support, but multiple follow-ups have only resulted in automated responses with no real assistance.
This lack of support and accountability from CredR has caused immense frustration, and I am concerned that many other customers may be facing similar issues. I request the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter promptly.
