Laxmi filed complaint against Club Mahindra Holidays on Jun 2, 2025
I took club Mahindra membership in January but filed the request of withdrawal just next day.
Their redemption team members specifically Mr Abhishek Shrivastav requested me not to withdraw for the sake of their promotions, they promised to provide holiday facility for the amt deposited. Since then they blocked my number, club Mahindra itself too is not returning my amount though as per terms they should refund my amt as I applied for withdrawal just next day.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
