Fitternity - Membership does not work

I purchased a gym membership pack from Fitternity for a local gym for ** sessions on ** August. When I went to the gym on **nd they said they haven't received any information of my membership, but they will contact Fitternity about it. I asked again * days later and they said that the concerned finance department from Fitternity does not respond to their calls. So I got frustrated as I only wanted to gym for the ** days in two weeks, but my time was being wasted everyday. So I emailed Fitternity customer support on **th to issue a refund and called them too. I told the staff on call that I had already booked a session once from the app, but the gym did not accept it. The staff on call kept repeating that he'd talk to the business manager and that he'll teach me to book a session from the app. Then they responded with another casual email on *th September that they will look into it and I must 'be rest assured'. I reminded them that I want to get a refund asap as it had been over * weeks already and I could not used their service. I still haven't heard anything from them yet.
