Country Club India - Membership cheating with me

With the name of a lucky draw they are fooling around with people and I also fell victim for this and I paid ***** towards membership fees. After paying the membership fees when I tried booking country club resorts the answer always has been not available. Then I haven't renewed my membership any longer.
Now I am receiving threatening calls to pay the AMC with late payment feeds etc., Otherwise, they send recovery teams to collect the same. I have informed the head office over email and they confirmed that the membership closed. I have been tortured by CClub regularly. Kindly look into this and help me in this regards.
