Country Club India - Membership cancelled but refund not processed

On January *th ****, I along with my wife were invited for a free gift from country vacations. Upon reaching there a guy came asked us to go inside a hall where loud music was being played. There were many other couples sitting around small tables like us. Now this person started explaining about the tour packages and explained about their membership and how it will help in our future trips and travels. Now he told that this is a single day offer and if we don't choose it wisely we will lose it. They will never move away from you so that we won't even think twice and just accept the offer. The membership + package was of Rs *,**,***. I had only Rs **,*** with me. I told him this and he said to pay the **,*** now and the rest can be paid within ** days. So I agreed and left happily. Now after reaching home I searched for this team and found very bad reviews about them. Wherever you check you hear about scams only. I felt very cheated. So I checked the agreement and found that there is a cancellation possible within ** days. On *th January, I made a cancellation request to the central customer care mail and waited. Since there was no reply from them I sent a cancellation request on **th as well. I waited for some days and since I didn't get any reply I went to their office from where I took the membership. So the customer care manager checked and told me that the cancellation request has been received and is in the pending state. He showed it in his laptop. He said it will happen within *** days as per the agreement. Now I felt relieved after hearing this. I waited for *** days and nothing happened. I sent numerous emails to customer care and never got a reply. After *** days was over I went to the office to check what is happening. This time he said he don't know what is the reason. It's still in the pending state. I asked him why is it that he doesn't know. Then he said, it's not in his hands and it might be because I haven't paid the full amount. I haven't used any of their services and made a cancellation request as well. Please help me get my money back.
