Club Mahindra Holidays - Membership cancellation

Reason stated below:
*. We were made aware of Pets policies ClubM has, still we were assured for some exception, But no response
*. We had a holiday and have asked the agent Syed to schedule a trip with the voucher we were provided, But no response
*. We have made multiple calls but were routed to different people within the circle.
*. We wanted to start the EMI from Feb**** and was assured it would be done by the agent, but now getting messages for EMI deduction.
*. I requested for membership cancellation request and was told has been processed, But there is no mail or message confirmation yet.
*. Later spoke to club Mahindra representative and they are telling membership cannot be cancelled,but it was not the case while purchasing it.
*. We had a conference call with Agent Syed, ClubM representative Meghana they both were confused of the refund policy.
