Journey By Jukaso - Membership cancellation amount not refunded

On **th February**** I got a call from company representative of Journey by jukaso that I have won a gift and I need to come at company office with invite code which they sent me on my number. Here is the message “Dear sir your entry code no is CH**** invitation location hotel Ginger by jukaso inn sector ** near bata chowk gurugram regards vikas saini”. I went there with my wife and then I got to know there is no gift. It was a marketing stunt. Sanjeev Saxsena was the company representative there who misguided us to get the membership @ ₹**k with zero interest EMI on Card option (later I got to know from bank there is no zero interest EMI). He also offered a Goa trip with that including air tickets. I got into trap and paid the amount using my credit card. On **th February **** I cancelled the membership and claimed the refund. However till today I have not received refund after so much of follow ups.
Hopefully you will be able to help me on this. And I am sure there are many people like me looted by this company.
