Journey By Jukaso - Cheating in Holiday Package

I have purchased a holiday package from Journeys By Jukaso in June,****. They have promised lot many things but not able to provide my first vacation booking despite of continuous followup. Moreover when i am asking for refund of my membership fee they are not responding despite of long followup. They are cheaters.
