Meesho re-seller app. Your customer care is horrible. Do not provide any complaint ID or escalate to senior members on potential escalation issues.
Meesho is fraud. They tell customers that delivery is from Meesho. Order No: *********. Lost customer because of this. Customer care only apologizes, do not provide complaint number & doesn't revert back or takes no action. Also doesn't compensate for such loses due to this.
Stopping doing business with Meesho & sending this mail to all my contacts.
Thanks for destroying my customer base.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
