Meesho - Meesho Wrong product received

I had ordered one Chanderi Party Wear Fancy Saree from meesho but
I have received two piece damaged saree which are completely different product.
Now I'm trying to return that every time delivery boy came and refused to take it back
as it's different product and now my all return limit is exceed and not able to return it again.
Trying to reach at help center multiple times previously they was assuring that product will be
picked up and refund will be provided but now every one is saying we can't take it as return attempts exceed.

It's not bearable sir, multiple times I have listen that don't ordered from meesho you will
get different product and it will not return back but it happens first time to me and previously
I recommend every one to switch on meesho from ama****n,**tra or Fl***art but now sorry to say that they
are far better then your service atleast we never recieved wrong item or never ever face that type
of situation there.

The only thing I can request you to ask your team members to take it back we are hoping this time
product will be picked up and I will get my money back else I will never recommend meesho to anyone.

For you it's only one order for rs *** but for me it's trust of another person for whom I have ordered
this product.

Hope there I'll get my solution else there is no place where I can request again. If owner can't help us
then from where we can expect response.
