I have started selling green shade nets on meesho recently but people send in return either a smaller piece of cheaper quality of green shade nets in return or sometimes used pieces of cloths that have no relevance. Meesho asks to provide photos and unpacking video but they give vague reasons to not refund the claim. They have caused a lot of loss because of this and their support is not reachable either. They talk in a monotonous robot tone and do not try to understand even.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
