Ambakkat Priyanka Nair filed complaint against Meesho App on May 28, 2021
I received a parcel from Meesho on **th May,****. I had to pay Rs. *** for it because it was COD . I was expecting my order and thought its the same, but the order I received was from some other whom I don' even know I got the number of the person who placed the order and tried contacting them but they are not even lifting my calling instead they are blocking my number . When asked for Meesho customer care they are still supoorting and waiting for that person to response even after days . Alternative for this is even more painful after * days they will give MEesho credits which should be used within ** days and also only **% of the order value can be used at a time which means i will have to do atleast ** orders to get my amount back which is painful for a middle class person like me. Please help me get my amount back
