I am Vignesh Vicky recently i ordered kids drone for rs ***** ordered id #************ but i recieved different one so requested to return it got cancelled i informed customer care on ** December and they said we registered a complaint it will resolve within * to * working days like customer care representative informed to me but today morning ** December i am checking the meesho app it was showing user verification failed.. When contacted meesho they said have conflict in my id and we cannot do anything like that they are saying very irresponsibly
I believed in meesho and i paid prepaid for this huge amount i hereby attached images what i recieved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
