Messho company - Meesho courier not delivered but shows delivered successful No call no message from courier partner

we have placed two dresses for one of my customer. Both the dresses delivered message came but both the dresses really not delivered to the end customer. We did not get any message or call from meesho courier partner. Suddenly two messages came saying your orders are delivered. And both are prepaid orders. Courier partner also showing incorrect tracking information. So we are not sure neither end customer not received where did product delivered we are not sure. Now we lost our money. Incident happened on ** jan ****.
