Messho company - Regarding return or exchange

I have ordered a huddy from Messho app. Order ID ************_*. I have received the product, but the product which i have received that is nit same as picture, ,the lase of the huddy is different from the picture, product quality too bad, size also too tight. I have placed exchange request twice but it rejected. I called customers care twice but no help. Second time I called on **th oct at about *.** pm and the customer care experiences was soo bad. They just not doing the job. Decline to transfer call to manager and disconnect the call. I request to take proper action.
