Sukha Koti filed complaint against Meesho App on Oct 7, 2021
We had ordered a saree of RS *** on COD mode of payment on Meesho App, we got a call from my apartment security that delivery boy is waiting at reception for the delivery of the parcel and when received the product we checked it had our address and product details , hence we paid cash and took the product .
Upon opening the packaging we found pieces of clothes instead of Saree .
We called Meesho customer support and explained the scenario , they said send an email with product , invoice images .
After two days we received a reply from CS team , that this is not our product nor our invoice so we cannot assist in return or refund .
I have all the email detail , images etc
Please help me to get refund .
