Meesho - Meesho cheating by sending one item instead of 2

I purchased *XL storage drawers from Meesho with order no ************ ,
from link https://www.meesho.com/s/p/**ux*r?utm_source=si . I placed the order on *th May for * quantities each priced rs *** and i paid something around Rs. ****. I received just one item on **th May. I raised missing quantity request on same day and asked for an exchange so that i can return the single item and receive two items as per my order. My exchange request was accepted and i received the replacement on **rd May. To my shock, they again shipped just one item instead of two.

I raised return request due to continuous missing quantity for the item i placed order. But to my continuous surprise and shock, the return request is cancelled. Inspite of providing the images of the delivery my order has not been fulfilled.
I have spoken to multiple people in the customer care. No one helps. Please Help me get the resolution.
