For the below two order number's i have raised return requests on **th July **** and today is **th August, almost ** days now but still my refund has not been initiated yet. Although the return pickup has done on *th August and the it reached to your warehouse on *th August itself. Find the attached snapshots for your reference. Not sure what is the reason return has not intiated yet. Requesting you to initiate the refund asap. I have to get total Rs: **** from medlife. As it's huge amount i am not sure what to do.
